- The Ministry of Defence and QinetiQ launched Project Safari to give small firms a single front door to UK test and evaluation facilities and faster approvals.
- Minister Luke Pollard signed a first design-stage agreement with QinetiQ at MOD Hebrides, the UK’s largest weapons test range, for a multimillion-pound upgrade to test hypersonic missiles.
